Operating & growth advisory

Make the operating model
fit the ambition.

Advisory for regional business leaders and corporate teams facing a gap between strategy and day-to-day execution. Start with the constraint that matters to the business.

The starting point

When the organisation needs a different way to work.

The symptoms often appear between functions. Decisions arrive too late. Managers optimise their own targets while the wider business loses momentum. Expansion adds coordination work faster than it adds capability.

I work with leadership teams to make those constraints visible and agree a practical operating response. The scope depends on the business context and the people accountable for making the change.

Operating structure

Bring decision ownership into focus.

Examine how a decision moves from the frontline to leadership. Define what teams can resolve themselves and what genuinely needs escalation.

  • Map consequential decisions and the accountable owner.
  • Clarify handoffs between commercial and operating teams.
  • Design a management review around exceptions and actions.
  • Make the new responsibilities usable in daily work.

Performance

Give the numbers a clear consequence.

Performance management should help people decide what to do next. Review whether the current measures reward the behaviour the business actually needs.

The work can cover KPI and OKR design, management accountability, or the relationship between performance and rewards. The purpose is to connect expectations to evidence that managers can act on.

AI transformation

Start with a workflow worth improving.

AI-enabled operational transformation begins with a business constraint and a measurable baseline. Define where the technology contributes and where a person remains accountable.

For a pilot, agree the input quality and the review process before introducing automation. Compare the full effort of the new workflow, including human review, with the existing process.

or read the operational AI readiness guide.

Regional execution

Keep the operating standard. Respect the market.

Regional growth requires an operating approach that works in local conditions. Consider how decision authority and management expectations change across markets.

My background spans technology and digital platforms, with earlier regional commercial experience. I bring that perspective to business leaders working across ASEAN and internationally.

How we begin

Define the work before committing to it.

  1. Business context. Describe the challenge and the decision you need to make.
  2. Scope. Agree the operating question, relevant stakeholders and useful outputs.
  3. Working engagement. Examine the evidence with the people who own the outcome.
  4. Implementation review. Assess whether the changes improve how the business operates.

A corporate engagement is scoped through a separate written agreement. There is no standard corporate fee implied by the SME offers below.
